Hotel bagus dan bersih, kamar luas, lokasi dekat stasiun, pelayanan bagus. Amenities-nya lengkap sekali dapat face wash, face cleaner, face lotion, mouth wash sampai dapat face mask☺️. Kami booking family room, kamar luas dengan bunk bed dan ruang tamu. Sangat recommended👍.

This place was amazing! The location is perfect close to alot of things.staff we're awesome and very helpful. Every night at the hotel bar there is a happy hour and they set up a DJ and you get complimentary drinks also 👌👌👌

The lively was one of the best hotels I've stayed at ever, from check in to check out, in-between, the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka. The rooms are good size, clean and showers are amazing! The location is close to subway, 7-11, Family Mart and Lawson! extremely convenient. They also provide free beer from 6pm-7pm everyday. Literally 2 min walk to subway station and 2 stops to the famous Dotonoburi area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I go back to Osaka.

Specious and clean room with super friendly staff members. We loved the conference room/sitting area on the 2nd floor with great tea flavours and coffee machine. I think the breakfast could’ve have been better!! The other hotels we stayed in offered buffet breakfast with variety of options for similar price! Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

It was fine, nothing special though. Quiet and clean. Staff were unhelpful with bag delivery when we arrived. They were helpful when we left. All spoke good English and no issues with checkin or checkout.

일단 체크인 할 때부터 직원분들이 아주 친절하셨습니다. 방도 다른 숙소에 비해 넓었고 화장실, 세면대, 샤워실이 분리되어 있는 부분도 사용하기에 편했습니다. 이전에 묵었던 숙소에 비해 젊은 감각의 숙소라고 느껴졌습니다. 그렇다고 젊은 사람들만 사용하기 편하다는 느낌은 아니고 조용하면서도 유쾌한 분이기였습니다. 아주 만족합니다.

This is a great hotel. We stayed in two places in Osaka and very much enjoyed this one. Their location is a very clean safe and modern area very close to the subway. A little bit far from Osaka main station but very easy to get around. The place is very professionally run, everyone speaks very good English and the brooms are very tidy and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, not a buffet but plenty of food and vegetarian options were available which was important for us. The free beer (unlimited) from 6 pm to 7 pm was enjoyable for relaxing too

Staff were really friendly and helpful (especially when we had a luggage issue). We stayed here on the final few nights of our honeymoon and they gave us a voucher to use in the bar which was great! The room was small but very well appointed - you can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and design. It was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The top floor bar was brilliant - wonderful cocktails, great staff and memorable views.
