Overall, this was one of our best stays in Tokyo. Very central location in Ginza. Lots of great shopping and restaurant options near by. The hotel itself was extremely clean and very friendly staff. This hotel also had great amenities, a gym and laundry. Would stay here again.

We were only here for 1 night but the staff was wonderful. We did receive complimentary welcome drinks as well. The room was too small for a family of 3 but I do understand that this hotel is known for that so we made due. Overall, no complaints at all as it is central to many restaurants and shops.

Nice boutique hotel at lower side of Ginza. Very convenient access to shopping and dining. Rooms were modern and well kept but typically small. Shower was excellent and large. Sink was outside bathroom near bed. Design necessity I’d guess to accommodate large shower. Once we got used to it, it all worked. Lots of outlets including both sides of bed. Overall we were very pleased.

Property is in the heart of the shopping area and in between two subway stations making it very convenient. Everyone was very helpful in answering queries that I had and the fact that they have laundry facilities is a definite bonus.

The size of the room and bathroom are very good. I also like the second floor hang around area, usually I will buy a drink from the convenience store next store, I have a drink on second floor and take a rest before head back to my room.

Hotel is very conveniently located and walkable to many places in Ginza. Room cleaniness was not great and rooms are very small and a bit worn down. Breakfast only offers a set menu which is not child-friendly.

It’s a very neat, well located hotel.
The room is very small but has very large bathroom that has a walkin shower with great water power.
It’s a relatively new building or newly renovated, I think.
Great location. We can walk to subway station, ginza, shuttle bus station for Haneda Airport.
One more thing. It has a family mart (a convenient store) right next to the hotel.
