駅からやや距離があり辺鄙な場所にある。前面道路は交通量もそれなりにあり、宿泊当日は近隣の工事の振動が酷く、乗り物酔いのようになった。通行人がいるので窓は開けられなかった。反面、住宅街なので夜はかなり静か。 50mほどの場所にセブンイレブンがあり便利。室内は綺麗だし、コンパクトで使いやすい。洗濯機もついているのである程度の人数で数日過ごすにはかなりの良コスパ。カトラリーなど最低限のものはあるが、コンロは一つしかないので料理するには微妙かも。スマートチェックイン／アウトも、いちいち余計な話をしなくて済むので快適だった。

駒沢公園で2日間子供の試合の為、家族で1泊しました。部屋でウエアー等の洗濯ができ、浴室乾燥で朝にはカラッと乾いていました。綺麗で何でも揃っていてとても快適でした。車での滞在で駐車場は無いのですぐ近くのコインパーキングにとめました。道が狭いのでお気を付け下さい。

無人チェックインシステムだが、全く問題無かった。施設は新しく清潔で、キッチン関係も一通り揃っており、とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、1階は人通りのある道に面しており、窓を開けづらかった点は残念。欲を言えば、キッチンがもう少し広かったり、加湿器の性能の良いものがあると、なお良かった。
