This was a great and spacious place to stay. The room was spacious and very comfy. The cafe downstairs was brilliant and the coffee amazing. Great walking distance to shops and the train. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I loved the availability of coffee 24/7. It was a great way to start the morning. In addition, I had the matcha scones, and they were delicious! The rooms were spacious for a family of 5, and they offered just enough amenities that we would use. It is close to a main metro station. We have stayed in about 5-6 hotels from Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, and this hotel, surprisingly, was one of the best values.

The hotel has everything you need. The walk to Akihabara station was about 12 minutes away. It is walkable and pleasant but something to consider if you are depending on public transport and have lots of luggage. We used a ride share service and the was ample space for pick up outside the hotel. It helps that the roads are quiet.

It's a beautiful lobby with a coffee shop. The rooms are very modern and seem new. Ten minute walk to the subway or Akihabara. They store luggage for you.

Very helpful for staying with a child (age 11) as we needed 3 beds (or a Queen size plus one). The space is tight, with all 3 futon mattresses are lined up on an elevated tatami mat section, so a Japanese-western hybrid bed. Comfortable enough, but tight if you have a lot of luggage. Property seems fairly new and well kept. Actual staff in the lobby (not always found at hotels in this price range) were helpful and could keep our luggage for the afternoon before we transferred hotels - or use the Yamato luggage delivery location around the corner. Some great looking izakayas tucked away in the alleys surrounding - though close early weekdays when they run out of food (9pm appeared common). A 10 minute walk to Akihabara, which is interesting, but not the draw it was in the 2000s. Mostly its a central neighborhood you can connect to other areas by subway, so overall a good value hotel.

He stayed for 2 nights. The staff was welcoming and spoke great English. The cafe in the lobby offers free coffee. They also have other items you can purchase and were tasty. The rooms were clean. Walking distance to station and electric town. I would stay here again.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very nice, clean, had a cafe on site, and easy to get to. It was in a quiet area, but two blocks away was electric town, and there was a lot of stores, malls, and restaurants to eat at. There are a lot of things to do around the area and it is super safe and clean. The room was the biggest I’ve had in Japan so far. The room was comfortable and the washroom was a decent size. I really enjoyed that they gave us slippers and pyjamas to wear. It was very convenient and easy to do laundry. The receptionist spoke English. Check-in was a bit weird. They made us lineup to talk to a receptionist and then they will give you your room number and the spiel about the hotel itself and then you have to lineup again on these computers to check in, which seems a little bit counterintuitive, but it was a very easy process. Checkout was also super easy. They also have reception 24 hours and they will store your luggage for you. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

Comfortable hotel to stay in with cozy rooms and helpful staff. About 10mins walk from Akihabara Station and main Akihabara area Main downside (and the reason for a low score) is the soundproofing between the floors. You can hear the upstairs room people walking around in the room

Room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Mattresses are very firm but we liked that , however I can see why some may not like them. Staff is great. Complimentary coffee was delicious. Area is quiet yet close to everything including train station.

Newer property nearby to Akihabara. The rooms were generally large enough and well maintained and bathrooms are spacious for Japanese standards. But property management needs to do a better job vacuuming as there were long strands of hair everywhere in the room on the floor, on the tatami, and even around and on the bed sheets when I arrived, which was not expected. There was also appeared to be mold on the baseboards by the floor.
