Clean room USB A did not work Staff was average Lobby area was clean but difficult to wait due to lack of furnitures

For the price - best hotel I've stayed at. Would pay £150 for that level in the UK and we paid £30! Would stay again 100%. Breakfast was good too

Our first trip overseas in almost 30 years and the Tissage was perfect for us. It was hot while we were there but the neighborhood was very walkable with lots of shops around. The hotel is very clean, our room was wonderful and comfortable and the ac was a God send! I would happily stay there again, and hope to very soon!!

Parking is very limited here. There’s a Pachinko right around the corner, the ladies in the front desk speak minimal English. Property was good overall no real complaints

The room is spacious compare to other hotels in mainland of Japan. It is clean, and tidy, location is a bit far out from the major tourist area, requires 15-20 mins walk each time to get into shops or restaurants. Plenty of parking facilities near by the hotel

Rooms are accommodating however, sound proofing is a problem for the bathroom and with other guests. Conversations, running and walking in the hallway can be heard loud and clear with guests arriving in the late hours making a lot of noise and not considerate of other guests sleeping. Parking is a problem with lots filling up fast and asking for an extra key to rooms requires a full explanation when this is common practice at any establishment. Paying for a beach towel was an unexpected cost when again this is typically part of the hospitality service to ensure guests are comfortable and quality in customer service is provided at its highest level.

Location is a 14 minute walk from Naha Bus Terminal. Easy to walk between Tissage and station. The neighbourhood has other hotels. Room is clean, good space for luggage as well compared to other business hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Well spoken English to answer questions. Breakfast tickets can be purchased at front desk (1,500 yen).

I really liked the breakfast and parking was so easy (right at the entrance). Both check-in and check-out was seamless as well. However, the rooms could be improved (dusty as compared to the other 3 hotels I visited during my trip) and the toilet had no ventilation so it was always fogged up after a shower or bath (which is very much uncommon in Japan toilets - they always had awesome ventilation).

Our stay was very convenient and easy. We were a group of three travellers on a short two night stay and we found the experience very comfortable. Located close to Naha airport, and only minutes from food and the beach, I would recommend the Tissage. Staff were friendly and our room was very affordable. If your goal is to travel to other locations across Okinawa, I would recommend a stay at the Tissage as your first stop off a long flight!

A nice hotel to stay. Unfortunately I only stayed one night. I found the hotel wasn't close to main subway lines. It's about a 15 minute walk away. They served a nice buffet breakfast that was tasty. If you need to do laundry, they offer coin operated washers. Staff especially Mei was friendly and helpful.

The reception staff could be less cold, but maybe it's Japanese style and it's ok

We stayed for 2 nights and I had a very good sleep. I loved the firm bed and our spacious very clean twin room! Breakfast was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Room was a lot smaller than expected but it was very comfortable
