Good location. Had dinner on the 3rd floor terrace which had cool atmosphere and good food. Staff was kind enough to bring us heated blankets on a cool night outside.

There was so much to do in the area. If you needed a cab they were always there. The Tokyo Tower is just down the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel, amenities and staff were excellent Highly recommend this place

The hotel is very beautiful but needed some upgrade. There is a slight smell to the hotel. The facials came in sample packs which were very nice and hard to open without scissors!

My room smelled like an ash tray the first night. I was able to get it changed but it really impacted my ability to sleep and I was in a non smoking room. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and the highlight of the stay

Immaculately clean room, deluxe king was roomy. A value for Tokoyo. Excellent breakfast: Japanese, Asian and European offerings. Convience store in the basement for snacks, beer, wine, toiletries. Staff on check-in and at breakfast were friendly and very helpful. Laundry, as in all hotels, is pricey for travelers needing to do lots. We suggest Laundry Lounge Konparu----Large machines. Did 7 kilos in two washers, then 2 dryers for 600+400yen each, 2,000 yen or $13USD November 2025. Machines work on coins, or a computer app. Detergent is included. Free wifi. Dryers had a cool down cycle to minimize wrinkling. An extremely clean facility, tucked into an alleyway just behind the 7-11. Use the 7-11 bathroom, get drinks there. From the Prince Hotel, about a 15-20 minutes slow walk, 950 meters.
