Advertised for a free roll away bed, not provided and when asked said it was on the hotels.com not them. So used aa extra sheet and blanket on the couch for our son to sleep on. Was great having the washing machine in the room, room was nice and large.

Smallest room we stayed at during our trip. It was smaller than a cruise cabin. Since the room was so small, we could never get the AC just right. Bathroom was very clean with a deep tub. Laundry took 3+ hours and was still wet. Staff was kind but I feel less experienced as the last Tokyu Stay we stayed at. Dotonbori was at least a 20 minute walk. There is train line 2 minutes away which was convenient.

万博に行くために3泊しました。洗濯乾燥機も冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫がものすごく便利でした。
電子レンジもあって、コンビニも近くにあるので、ご飯には絶対困りません。
駅も近いですが、夜遅くなると最寄りの出口は閉まってしまうので、ちょっと遠回りする必要がありました。
フロントが最上階なのも若干不便に思いました。
