The room was very clean and the hotel is right next to the train station--very convenient. Check in took too much time (my name was not easily found in their computer). Also, they were not very helpful about transportation to Komatsu airport.

チェックインからチェックアウトに至るまでリセプションスタッフの対応に残念な気持ちになりました。今回の滞在は、東横インに連泊後、一泊の小旅行で他の地域に宿泊、また同じ東横インに宿泊というものでした。最初の連泊後のチェックアウト時に、大きな荷物を預かってもらえないかリセプションに尋ねたところ、受けられない旨を伝えられました。東横インの規約にあるものだと思いますが、不自由な印象を持ちました。

The staff were not accommodating or particularly welcoming I accidentally booked a smoking room They said for 2 days they had no other room And didn’t care that we were non smokers The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work The breakfast was very average unlike other hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in Japan I would not stay here again

the location is the best near fukui station, convenience store and restaurants. you can go down and get your breakfast in to go box in order to eat in your own room which is great! and you can leave your luggages before and after check-in / check-out time

Spacious rooms, bed was firm but not an ssue for us. Goòd size bath. Japanese breakfast was ìncluded which was a nice surprise. Extremely good location. Aŕive early? No problem - just check in and drop the bags and gò. Very helpful.

I was only there for a night but it was a very comfortable and clean place. The breakfast was basic but it was free, so no complaints there. Being right next to Fukui Station was really nice as I didn’t have to rush to get on the train. Definitely recommend! :)
