The staff was amazing and helpful. Very patient. This was our first stay ever in Japan and only our 3rd person to encounter. It’s not a big room, but definitely not the smallest we’ve been in. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. It was super convenient! You could stay here a month and not visit all the shops and restaurants. It was quiet. We wished we could have stayed here our whole visit and 100% plan to come back! Hands down my favorite place we’ve stayed out of Tokyo, Mt. Fuji area, Kyoto and Osaka.

It's not a fancy place, but has many convenient and money saving features. For example: A water bottle filler to save you from buying water A washer and dryer A place to sit and eat food from a local supermarket (much cheaper than eating out. Super markets have great prepared food options) A breakfast with vegetables A pants presser to borrow Look about for other amenities: they are crammed in there.

Love the breakfast and amendities/toiletries they provide. Ensure to go early for breakfast to get the best food. They run out of the good stuff by 8am. Room is small and the king bed was not that comfortable (hard and can feel the springs underneath you).

Easy to move from the Narita Airport using Access Express to Asakusa sta. Also near to the Tawaramachi sta. There's a few convinence stores nearby. Breakfast was better than I expected. The employees at the front desk could speak English, also better than I expected. Room was clean and I had nothing to complain with. Most of all, this place has one of the most affordable price in Tokyo. It is not a fancy hotel but a lot cozy. I strongly recommend this hotel to tourists.
