The location is very strategic and the room size is very convenient for quite a lot of traveling luggage. The reception service is very friendly and helpful, especially for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

Excellent hotel near the Tokyo Station, easy to find, clean and modern room, small but with everything needed. My room was very quiet even if there was a building in construction nearby.

Construction noise is constant. Location to Tokyo station was very great. The air conditioning system worked very well and we were comfortable. The pillow feels like a brick and you have to hurdle to get into the tub. Staff is very friendly!

Small but comfortable room. Very clean. Nice staff. Good value for the $. Also very close to Tokyo Train station which is a big plus. Buffet breakfast not worth the cost.

the equipments and setup in the room are quiet old. The air condition grill or condenser in the room is extremely dirty. Woke up in middle of the night and trying to find where did all the dust came from. Additionally for some reason I did smell food around 7 or 8pm ish not sure where it came from no window were opened.

The room is pretty small. Hotel location is very close to Tokyo Station. Staff is very polite and helpful. Even I left a do not disturb sign on my door, cleaning staff left a bag of clean towels and toiletries outside.
