Great place to stay . My only complaint is that there is an elevator but the stairs are not available to customers at the hotel . This is inconvenient and for health oriented people it is disappointing.

This was a great property. All the shopping malls were walkable. The restaurants are next door. There is a taxi service that visitors can use. The staff is incredibly helpful and respectful.

Stayed 2 nights on the 10th floor. Very nice view of the city. Clean room but hard pillows. It was a little cold the first night. The heater/AC unit would only blow out cold air. I complained at the front desk. The receptionist held up a sign that said the fan was working and that I could rent a blanket. I declined the offer. It was repaired by the second night. Breakfast buffet OK .... not great. Not a large selection and most of the food was not warm. Scrambled eggs cold and mushy.

To me, it's important to be able to get to the hotel by walking. I had to ask a young lady where the hotel was because my cell phone didn't tell me which way to go (two paths were close to each other), and luckily she spoke English and knew where the hotel was. A link to the hotel website at Expedia.com, and a map for the neighborhood of the hotel (say from the train station to the hotel) at the hotel website would be helpful.

Very close to downtown and the Chinatown area of Yokohama, near Hinodecho train station. Rooms were small but clean; hotel staff was very friendly.
