The stuff at check-in was so courteous. Our room was spotless. I had asked previously if they had any baby amenities and they had said no. Which was totally fine. But when we got into the room, there was a baby trashcan for diapers and a baby bath! It definitely made our stay easier and more enjoyable.

I was surprised to find there was no shower/bath in my room and that it was necessary to shower in the communal onsen. For the very high weekend rate of the room, I expected more. However, the staff in the restaurant were attentive to all dietary restrictions and remembered them for each meal.

ドリンクサービスとして、コーヒーをはじめとしてフレーバーティーとご当地和菓子が取り放題で、17時以降には焼酎やウイスキーが加わるので、飲兵衛にもウケると思う。その一方で、大浴場は温泉でなく、大浴場と露天風呂の間に脱衣所があるため、風呂場の中で移動できない。そのため、脱衣所はびしょびしょに濡れている。また、脱衣所はかなり狭い。露天風呂には洗面器もイスもシャワーもないのは、かなり変わった構造と思う。食事は少人数スタッフで回すため、ドリンクはQRコードでのモバイルオーダーになるのは、こういったホテルにふさわしいとは言えない気がする。チェックインやチェックアウトやドリンク精算もすべてQRでのオンライン処理となる。設備は全体的に新しく綺麗でおしゃれな感じで、食事内容は工夫されていると思う。駐車場はかなりせまい上に、アスファルトは4台分だけ。別途、有料の中央駐車場を無料で利用できるが、その案内が駐車場にないためわかりにくい。

SLやまぐち号に乗る旅にて利用。スタッフはこの規模にしては多く親切な印象。今回一人旅だった為ツインの部屋で部屋に風呂がなかったのは残念だが、３人部屋からは擬似露天風呂が付くようなので次があれば必ずそちらに！あと部屋によっては景色、SLも見られるかも^^;

スタッフの対応笑顔とても素晴らしいお部屋のトイレの隅にホコリと他人の髪の毛があり残念でした食事何をいただいて美味しかった朝食のご飯食べ比べとても良く、美味しいだけにもう少し欲しかった
