Hotels.com verified review

We had to call the owner fourteen times before she answered to help us check in. I was thinking we must look for another place. Maid was still making our beds at after nine pm. Mosquito nets did not cover sleeping area. Only one shower had hot water working. Ants all over the kitchen.
