There serious issue with tap bathroom water. Water is super salty and not sure why they thought it’s good idea to give guest this kind of water for bathing or any kind of personal hygiene

Convenient for the beach, restaurant, transportation and clean rooms friendly environment safe and secure area

Kahama Hotel is a clean facility. The staff is outstanding and will go out of their way to assist you. Mercy and Evelyn's hospitality made me feel at home.

Nice place. Second time there. It is not really a Beach Hotel. The we arrived there was only lukewarm water. The next day, only cold water.

Most disappointed on my second stay here. Booked because last time (6 months ago) was a great place to stay plus excellent service and reataurant. Sadly, lacks atmosphere, menu totally scaled back, service when had, good, but invariably hard to get. Place definitely is needing attention as seems management are letting what attracted me to this place, erode fast. Doubt i shall return here again! Real shame!

The property is located nesr the beach.

The staff were very friendly, jolly and efficient. Service was very good. However, the room(s) need some sprucing up, the bedsheets were old and overused, needing to be replaced like yesterday. The bed was clean but the mattress had seen better days and there was water leaking from the ceiling when the shower was opened.

It wasn't as good as expected .

It is a great peaceful and beautiful place Very good and clean rooms All staff there are very helpful and professional I had a great amazing time there in a deluxe room . Mattress was good but not excellent but the housekeepers were very helpful to take care of any complain Breakfast was good with many food options but all these options were not the best I recommend highly this hotel in spite my little negative things about it

The hotel was within walking distance to the beautiful Bamburi Beach. The rooms were clean and AC worked wonderfully. Mosquito net was also provided. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel made the trip memorable. Wifi was not the most stable but the staff did troubleshoot quickly and helped out. Breakfast had lots of variety yet quality can be improved.

I have been many times to this hotel over the past 8 years but on this occasion it was not up to its previous good standard. The safe in the room could not lock and I reported it everyday and each time the answer was the technician is off today it will be fixed tomorrow. As you know tomorrow never comes, equally the safe was not fixed for the duration of my stay. The light in the bathroom above the wash basin took 5 days to be fixed (needed a new bulb). The wash basin was not emptying and overflowed if you did not watch it and turn off the taps. Just cleaning your teeth was enough to cause overflow. That was still not fixed when I left. Overall a disappointing experience after all my good times at this hotel

Not bad. Stayed two nights. Not a luxury hotel. Was good for my purposes.

Great experience! The room was so spacious, well kept, and decorative of the local area! Lots of cool artwork in the hotel, that had a resort feel. Also, the sports bar next door serves great food, with a fun staff, and great music.

Second time I have stayed there. Comfortable, friendly, beach access. Would like to see small coffee pot in room with the wet bar

Very quiet this time due to election unrest. Popular bar with live music. Staff friendly. Beds average and beach a 2 min walk.
