That Property has Closed down, ORBITZ, better have some one on the ground to check which Properties are still operating or not. The Lady was good and helpful. She took me to another Property which was good but on the third Floor not so good for a 71 yrs old person.

This property has a very good and hard-working host, and I think with more experience she'll be able to make into a great place to stay. The first issue was communication. If I had not initiated, there would have been no instruction whatsoever on how to get to the property. Google maps sometimes showed a location about a quarter mile from here and other times showed NHC Park, which was where it was actually located. Even once I had better instructions, it was still difficult to find the place. Also, I think the listing could be made clearer. This isn't an entire apartment, it's individual rooms within a bigger apartment. It's vague how much of what's pictured is part of each listing, especially since each "apartment" shows the same pictures. The other main issue were a few incidents with bugs and mosquitoes in the room. There really should be screens on the windows and doors since the windows don't close all the way. That said, the bed was comfortable, it was nice having access to a kitchen, the area felt very safe, and it wasn't far from anything I wanted to see. I think screens and better communication would go far in making this an excellent property.
