Great customer service. Location is excellent with great roof top views of Mt Kenya. The room was good and spacious. Food from the restaurant was equally good.

Not a 5 star hotel, but definitely 5 star service! The staff were well trained and very welcoming. Numerous small touches that made it a really great stay - like fresh juice and hot moist towels on arrival. The food was superb. We will definitely stay again!
