I loved my stay here.. all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. I booked a 2 bedroom appeasement and it was clean and comfortable

Can't wait to go back. Love the area! Really enjoyed Woodemere's pool and the sauna. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfectly comfortable.

Woodmere Serviced Apartments is a perfect place to stay for short period of time and even better for an extended trip to Nairobi. The staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant has good food, the pool area is clean and beautiful, all together I highly recommend this place for the price.

Only thing is the WiFi is too slow FOR ME. Everything else was superb!

We booked a 4 bedroom penthouse,but we were checked into a 2 bedroom which had a mouldy smell and not clean at all,towels had a mouldy smell and the beddings were not clean,i requested a refund since we had paid a price of a penthouse and i was told they would get back to me but never heard anything,super disappointed.front office staff were very friendly though.I never write reviews but i would hope woodmere would do the right thing and follow up like they said they would.

My wife and l stayed at the Woodmere Throughout the month of June 2023. Previously, l had done online checking of other properties in Nairobi. During my stay in Nairobi, l saw many of those other properties. -- I am so glad that we stayed at the Woodmere, as opposed to any of those other properties. S0 Glad !!. The Woodmere is like a tranquil oasis amidst the chaos that is Nairobi. The hosts, front-end staff, and service staff were all so entirely kind and gracious. So very caring. I am a professional traveler with over half a century of experience behind me. Believe me when l say that the Woodmere is an outstanding home away from home. Asante sana.

Clean swiming pool and waking up with birds music

Great place, very quiet. staff friendly and professional. Interior rustic decor just amazing. Lots of space in the apartment. Well equiped kitchen. the only thing negative was the pool has no shallow end and as a nonswimmer the depth was just a few inches too deep. other than that it was a great experience. Easy walking to shops and restaurants

Staff was nice and helpful and accommodated our needs. Nice pool and garden area. Close enough to walk to Yaya‘s center so we like that. Only problem was that some money went missing from a backpack in our room.

I picked this listing because of the reviews and was booked to say for two nights. Check-in was a breeze and staff were helpful even though I booked last minute but that's where the positive experience ends. I stayed in the studio facing one of the construction sites. This wasn't the issue. The rooms appear MUCH nicer in the pictures. In reality, the studio i stayed in was dim, dingy, and plain rundown. The balcony door had no key and it kept opening throughout the day and night, letting in cold air (on a freezing night) and mosquitos (no mosquito nets). The bathroom window didn't close either. The bedding and the cushion on the chair were not clean. As a solo travel, I opted for this place because the reviews on here as well as other website stressed that this is a safe and quiet accommodation. Noisy is understatement. It seems there were parties taking place all over the compound and continued on until 5 am. I received a call around 3 am and shortly after drunk men were banging at my door. After this incident, I wrote an email to management indicating that I will not be staying the second night. Before checking out that same morning, I informed the guy at the reception and he indicated that I would be receiving a refund or credit for the 2nd night. I am still waiting to hear back from management. If you're a person who loves to party or you simply don't mind the noise, then this place might be suitable for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, and avoid at all costs.

place is in a mess, there is on site construction going on which the property never mentioned on the booking site, noise and dust starts at 8am to 6pm daily, booked for 5 nights but moved out after 2 nights and manager Joseph agreed to refund 3 nights but am still waiting for refund after almost 3 weeks, been reminding them of my refund but they dont reply their emails nor does hotel.com acknowledge my refund claim. avoid this place at all cost
