A nice pleasant hotel with Excellent plus location and customer services. Staff at the hotel were so helpful and comforting that we would love to go back. I would like to thank all of them especially Ehab who helped us a lot and also Hani. Wonderful people.

hotel's location is good cause its near Souk al mubarakiya, nearby shaded public parking for free for the hotel's customer. Room cleanliness is disappointing, bellow condition is bad also when we asked for another bellow they didn't provide.

The staff was rude an inpolite. The room was dirty and terrible, the pictures is totally different than reality. The location is bad as well. Everything about this hotel is bad! Don't book it, it was the worst hotel I've ever been in.
