The rooms are old, aircon, fan and fridge also old and kinda broken. Staff are friendly, it should be a $20 hotel, not $40-50

Good sized rooms, 1 night stay, good breakfast options. Very reasonable option in Pakse

Room was average. Foods need improvement. The staff did not refill the foods when it runs low. The coffee machine was not operating properly. It was either need to refill water, coffee bean, or milk. The staff did not clean up right away. Foods taste was below average.

Clean room But I have to pay for airport transportation I ask the employee working for transfert he telle 12h but the bus depart at 11:30 I miss the bus I have to pay it, employee don’t know her job each day

Breakfast options were good - we enjoyed the noodle/rice soup station.

I recently stayed for 4 nights, 3 days, and had a good experience! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Phone, Meow, and Bom at the front desk made sure all our needs were met and were super welcoming. The front door guy was also really nice, though I didn’t catch his name. Check-in was easy, and they even let us check in early when we arrived sooner than expected. Our package included a daily breakfast, which was good! The hotel and room were clean, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. A bit nitpicky, but it did feel a little outdated compared to the photos on Expedia, especially the bathroom, which could use a refresh. The Wi-Fi was okay, though a little patchy at times. The location was good, and renting a motorbike would definitely make getting around more convenient. Overall, it was a good stay with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Great view and nice location, best pillow ever

Everything was really good except that we are 3 people and we asked for additional towels. They only gave use the first night and the other two night was just 2 set. :(

It’s one of the best hotels in the area, but it still needs to be renovated.

Overall the place was nice but it wasn’t as nice as I expected. It needed some renovation to make it more comfortable.

This hotel was conveniently located. Everything was pretty close by. Night market about 5 mins drive. Waterfalls and zip lining about 30-40 mins drive. However the hotel is kind of old. The lobby and restaurant area was nicely decorated but the room lacked a lot. Furniture was old.

Please include a thin bedsheet on the bed so guests have the option of lightly covering up at night if they get too warm. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the food was good. The dinner menu included a wide variety of food and it was all very good. The entertainment at dinner was good too.

Food is expensive and hotel is setup for foreigners. It is a large hotel and for Laos it is probably one of the better ones. Good view of river and if you need a place to stay it would work. Sort of like a convention hotel in US.

It was noisy from the events downstairs as well as music from the restaurant. It seem the walls are thin. Breakfast was basic, lao food and breads. Wifi was very slow and sometimes it doesn't even work.
