Very nice boutique hotel. Very clean with friendly helpful staff.

Our family occupied 3 rooms during our stay here and it was such a relaxing and great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great resort-like vibe throughout. The pool was an incredible touch - our family used it multiple times a day when we weren’t on tours/activities. Staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and polite. Nothing negative to say about this hotel - met and exceeded expectations. Location was great - we walked every night into the city to the night markets (approx 10min walk). As with most countries in Asia - make sure you pack insect repellent. Otherwise you’ll spend half your time scratching those bites across your body! Will definitely return should we find ourselves in this city again.

At check-in, I was told the hotel was overbooked, and they said they had booked me into another hotel. I didn’t like the hotel offered, and insisted on getting a room as I had booked a long time back. They then gave me a room that did not meet the specs of that booked. On our strong protest, they finally got us a room we booked. While the service staff was helpful and efficient, this check in experience spoilt our stay.

This hotel was in a great location on a quiet street. The walk to the night market took around ten minutes. It was perfect. The breakfast was a little boring but well cooked and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Location: the hotel is 10min walk from old city, which is where all the restaurants, bars and tourist offices are located. The road that run parallel to the old city road also has a good choice of rests etc. Service: staff are average, check in took 17mins due to one very slow receptionist, wasnt inexperience more just she couldnt be bothered to go at a normal pace. The staff lacked any authority for example some chinese kids were asked to leave the pool as its closing time. They were still there 20mins later. They literally only left cause the pool boy started dumping in the cleaning chemicals. Room: very comfortable and spacious. The pool view was nice with a beautiful balcony. Chairs not the most comfortable but at least they were there. Bed very comfy and soft. Breakfast: not a great selection in fact pretty poor, had to wait 10mins for more fruit to be put out and its only a choice of three types. Hotel is okay for a few days but there are better closer to town i feel.

Disappointed with no airport pick up as requested (evening arrival). No apology......welcome - drink or smile. Shown to our hot box 37° room. Big gap in door for mozzies to get in. Hotel staff put a piece of the curtain in gap and said would fix next day. Air conditioner did not work efficiently finally cooling the room to 25°at 5am. No top sheet or quilt cover to use as a light cover only existing quilt which had no cover at all. Ended up sleeping on top of mattress with bottom sheet as cover. Not a good start Next day we were offered another room with air con that worked.I was grateful for that. Staff need to be more attentive to the paying customer. A smile goes a long way even if there are language barriers. Breakfast was reasonable. No other meals available at this restaurant so be prepared to walk or take a tuk tuk into town. Wifi was poor. Pool was nice (reason for booking) even after reading negative comments. Sadly my experiece indicates to me that previous negative comments had been largely been ignored.

Very nice hotel but needs maintenance care. Pool was cloudy-green. Good quiet location. Can book flights and check in right at hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel with large rooms and pool. But pool water is not clear. Staying 6 nights. Booked flight back they have a Lao Airlines office. Some staff friendly some not at all. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The hotel did the job but was nothing outstanding.

Nice sized room with wooden floor.Firm bed,typical of Laos.Bathroom with large bath.Walking distance to the historic centre. Airport transfers. When leaving,can checkin at the hotel,get boarding passes and luggage tagged so dont have to be at the airport as early.Also luggage is dealt with for you when arrive at the airport-you go straight to security. Nice pool-good to cool off on. Tea/coffee making facility in room. Breakfast ok buffet-if hotel is quiet,then have a la carte instead which is better because freshly cooked. Helpful staff.

Had a nice trip and saw all the sights but as most tourists do, we got taken advantage off from the taxi, tour companies and shopping markets on pricing !!

The hotel is 10min walk to the night market. The town is quite small so location isn't a big problem. It lies in a cozy lane. I like all the solid wood made furniture there. The atmosphere in the hotel makes people relax. Highly recommed if you don't mind if it's not too close to Mekong

部屋は清潔ですし、何より静かなのが良かったです。歩いて数分の場所にマーケットがあったり、色々と便利な場所です。自転車は無料で借りられます。バイクもお願いしたら貸してくれます。スタッフのMIMIさんという方がとても優しく対応してくれました。

Mycket trevligt hotell. Hjälpsam personal som hjälper till att boka utflykter och taxi. Går även att beställa från baren upp till hotellrummet. Vi satt flera kvällar på balkongen med drinkar och tilltugg. Hur mysigt som helst! Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst. Ett glas passionsfruktsjuice och en kort genomgång av hotellet och omgivningen. Poolen och solstolarna underhölls bra så det kändes rent och fräscht. Vi tog ett dopp de flesta dagarna. Området är lugnt och känns tryggt men ändå inte så långt in till centrum och matmarknaden (tog under 10 minuter att gå). Det fanns cyklar att låna på hotellet men de nyttjade inte vi. I närområdet fanns flera restauranger. Både lite finare (exv. Mando de Laos som har nästan svenska priser men jättegod mat!) men även enklare billigare (exv Luha där man kan få en måltid inkl stor öl för 25 svenska kronor! God mat i enklare omgivning men ändå charmigt). Vi köpte frukost på hotellet. Det var en varm buffé (kom man sent så hade den ibland hunnit kallna), juicer, bröd, flingor och mjölk, frukt, kaffe/te samt en omelettkock! Precis en sån frukost som vi gillar och som man står sig bra på. Hotellet var ganska dyrt (nästan svenska hotellpriser) men eftersom vi gärna ville ha pool så verkar det vara den prisbild som gäller.

메인 로드에서 거리가 있지만 너무나 아름다운 호텔과 친절한 스텝들 덕분에 편안한 시간 보냈습니다. 수영장도 관리가 잘 되어 있었고 무료 자전거 렌탈도 유용했습니다. 감사합니다.

Clean and nice rooms. Poolwater wasnt the best quality. Breakfast could be better, but sufficient. Quiet area.

静かなところに有り、フロントスッタフは若く明るくフレンドリーです。 付近にはお店はないですがナイトマーケットへ歩いて10分かかりません。 今回宿泊した部屋はシャワーのお湯？？が少ししか出ずバスタブに貯まるまで一時間以上かかりそうでし、シャワーも水状態。 プールは毎朝掃除していて、水も循環してましたがちょっと消毒液ががきついかなと。 朝の僧侶の托鉢も他を見に行くのもいいけどホテルの前も通ります。
