5 star settings right in the middle of a national park. Beautiful and thoughtfully created huts, good sized rooms, clean, hygienic toilets. Recommended

The central facilities were amazing and staff were lovely. The concept is to be applauded and the work that has been put into it is incredible The cabin unfortunately was a little dark and musty smelling and could have done with a freshen up

Location is great. Many activities offered by the resort. If pay with credit card for hotel charges or activities to your room, they will add additional 3%. The service charges range from 5 to 10% from the restaurant to package activities.

Jetted tub’s light not working. Insects/ants inside the bed. Was told the resort ran out of water bottles so we had to buy from the restaurant.

Good place to stay but too far from town. Hotel van transportation service was barely available due to staffing shortage. Hotel should collaborate with their local ride share service.

朝食が豪華。エコ(スタンダード)ルームはそれなりに狭いが、最低限は揃っており困る事はあまりない。2人連続でシャワーを使ってもお湯がきちんと出る。敷地内に土産物屋、コンビニ、カフェ、食堂(朝食会場とは別)がある。ただし、17時前に全て閉まる。 部屋の湿度が高くエアコンのドライ設定をオンにして一晩過ごしても湿気を感じる。英語が通じるスタッフが限定的。敷地内の道路は、おそらく意図的に小川を横断させているため、徒歩の移動が困難。移動は時間にゆとりを持って計画する必要がある。

We spent 2 nights at the resort in mid-December 2018. We had a stand-alone bungalow not far from the main reception building, a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the river. The room had a good split air-con unit (not really needed in December), a decent bathroom and strong Wi-Fi coverage. The shower tap was a little fiddly, it was hard to get the right temperature. The resort itself is far from any major centres. It’s perfect if you are after a peaceful escape, with plenty of nice nature walks along the hills and nearby river. Maybe not so perfect if you like plenty of shopping and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and a small gym on-site, as well as a massage centre (additional charge). There are small water channels spread tastefully throughout the resort, making it a pleasant to stroll around. There is an activity centre some 5 minutes’ drive away (shuttle provided by the resort) where you can do activities such as hiking, zip-lining and more (pay per activity). Breakfast (included) is provided near the swimming pool and main reception area. There is a buffet available, and some cooked-to-order dishes which are quite tasty. Lunch and dinner are also available at the same restaurant (additional charge). Transport to the resort from the airport or from Muang Xai (the nearest town) is about 30 minutes and costs around 40 USD. A tuk-tuk might cost you less but will take longer. Overall we had a pleasant stay and hope to return there again one day.

Great views from restaurant and bar; great sunrise/sunset spots; nice pool area; really nice streams everywhere; breakfast nice but some more vegetarian options would be nice; coffee and plate clear up at breakfast should be improved; arrival and check-in could be more welcoming; bird watching promoted but no official guide available; bird species booklets expensive; trekking guide spoke no english and was not helpful at all for the price

The staff here is very friendly. Though this is not a 5-star hotel as marketed. Expect around 3 star service then you’ll be fine. The park and activities are great and the location of the hotel is world class

Séjour très agréable à Namkat, je recommande mille fois ce petit coin de paradis. Au milieu de la nature, piscine, restauration , chambres incroyables! Le personnel a toujours été très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le restaurant reste très abordable , les massages sont un peu plus chers que dans le teste du pays (environ 40€ de l'heure). Activité tyroliennes, pont de singe dans la jungle chaudement recommandées!!
