I have stayed here around 12 times. It is a fantastic location within a short walking distance to everything you need. The staff and owner are really friendly and helpful. It may only be a 2 star only because it needs updating. The staff are 5 star. Breakfast has a good selection for most tastes. The hotel is committed to good service and always try to help you. 3m to the right is a well stocked minmart where you can buy simcards and top up cards. Its really cheap. Next door is a brilliant coffee shop which specialise in hot and cold drinks cakes etc. On the corner is a vietnamese style resturant with fresh fruit drunks. Walking 400metre towards the river there is a huge night foid market with over 100 stalls of different foods. You can try different food sit down with what you buy and order a beer. Opposite the market is a pharmacy and chicken shop similar to kfc. Walk just 30. And you come to a brilliant icecream shop. There are around 30 massage shops in tge same area. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the river . For a first timer you cant go wrong

The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel was within walking distance of many venues that we went to. Thankfully it wasn't on an overly busy street. Side street of the main streets, so less noisy. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay.

Very good location, as it is within the old center of Vientiane, yet far enough away from the crowded bar streets so you can still get some sleep at night. The room is decent and clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an option close to the airport and still can enjoy Vientiane's old quarter, this is for you.

The room is good and clean. The owner and staff provide very good service. They also coordinated a car to take us on a tour of Vientiane. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely go again if I have the chance.

I would like to give it a better review but there was one major issue. It is advertised as a "smoke FREE" property but smoking is allowed on the patio where breakfast is served. I complained two mornings in a row and the guest was told not to smoke. The next day one of the staff put up 2 signs asking guests not to smoke on the patio during breakfast hours. Mysteriously the signs were removed? If they allow smoking then they need to change their hotel description!!!

Hotel staffs are nice but however, I found this hotel's tour services expensive. Breakfast was great and varied. Room was great except for lacking proper amenities such as soap, shampoo and maybe a toothbrush and toothpaste. They provide shower cream and shampoo though but not packaged. Overall great !!

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent wifi. Within walking distance of most in-town sites. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. I extended my stay for another three nights after my initial three nights stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
