Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Clean room and spacious. About a 10 minute walk to Riga old town. On the same street as shops/cafes/bars and directly opposite a large park. Very quiet and well maintained.

Staff were very helpful and professional. We had a room overlooking the courtyard it was quiet, it had everything you need and would expect from a Radisson Blu hotel (including effective air con). The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I really liked the bronze and red velvet touches in the room. Housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good, the hotel has a small bar (also good). Nil issues and would happily stay again. I would suggest you mention you are a member at looking - I forgot to do this (I have premier status).

We had an exceptional experience at the Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Janis at check-in and Elina at checkout—both went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the refillable water bottle and filtered water station—a small touch that made a big difference. The location was also ideal, with plenty to see, eat, and do just steps away. When we return to Riga, we’ll absolutely stay here again!

Check in took a total of 45 minutes with appalling service, stayed all over the world and never experienced anything like that. Unacceptable and no apology even given. Would not recommend a stay here.

The bed was badly made. Door frame was broken so that the chain didn’t work. Glass cup in the bathroom was dirty. I was very surprised as it is still Raddison hotel !
