The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The location is extremely convenient for transportation and also great for shopping. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, some of which had a lovely home-cooked feel, which was excellent.

Really easy to find from the efficient and regular Airport bus into the city. We arrived way before check-in time but the very busy young lady on reception checked us in and let us leave our bags until the appropriate time. Our room was on the 6th floor and very quiet from noise inside or outside the hotel. The room was very simple laid out with everything that we needed and more. Both the sleeping and bathroom areas were very clean. Breakfast had a good variety of food types hot and cold,my only issue being a vegan, was that there wasn't such a choice for my dietary requirements. A couple of things looked like they would be vegan but were not. Allergens were clearly marked on the labels for the food themselves. Almond milk was provided. A separate area for gluten-free. My husband who is vegetarian love to breakfast. Breakfast staff were always busy and very efficient. We used the spa both days that we were staying. The first day a Friday, was less busy than the Saturday. We very much enjoyed the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. I would suggest you book the spa before arrival so not to be disappointed if it's too full to accommodate you. We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Great location. Close to bus top and old centre. However the hotel is not the best. It's perfectly ok, but I found it inconvenient and uncomfortable. For example, I arrived at 2:15pm I could not check in. There was no window on the rooms dn I fiu d it very hot. The spa was an extra charge even though its featured in the pictures. Just did not mert my expectations.

Bin was full to overflowing when we checked in. Reception staff had obviously loaded someone else's key fob with our room number as someone came into our room late at night - not impressed one bit

No free drinking water which is absurd, no hot water in the tub during the late evening/night. Pretty old rooms. Did not like my stay here and changed the hotel after the first night.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. It’s always great experience at a great price. This time I lower rating due to the room we stayed at - it was number 325 and right next to it there is a heavy metal door leading to cleaning staff’s storage and an elevator. So everyday at around 7am they start moving around carying their tools and hoovers, slamming this metal door, knocking hoovers at the walls and even at our door directly, so no chance not to wake up. Avoid this room and this end of the corridor in general if possible.
