This is the best hotel for upscale accommodations in all of Lebanon! First of all, it is located in one of the most posh neighborhoods in Beirut, with excellent dining options walking distance from the hotel. Second, I noticed that Beirut's Crème of the Crème enjoy dining here, they arrive very well dressed in the evenings on the upper floor terrace. I enjoyed the fine ambiance of well-dress ladies and gentlemen dining in a romantic setting. I always arrived in a suit and tie, and loved ding in their three restaurants (one on the lower level, the other on the upper level, and the terrace level) All were fabulous! The waiters were great too, but the best captain was Chris (Christo) on the terrace! He made me feel like royalty! I will definitely return to this fine establishment and I recommend Hotel Albergo Highly!

An amazing hotel in Beirut. Beautifully located close to the central parts. A very comfortable room, on the front with an incredible balcony,
Exceptional cleanliness, maybe a bit too much as our towels kept being changed when we would have preferred to keep them.
The restaurant, pool and bar area were lovely.
We did not have breakfast as it seemed very over-priced, we met other travellers in Beirut and this seemed to be a common problem.
The only other disappointment was that we asked directions to the main museum on the Monday and they
a- could not provide them
b- did not tell us the museum is closed on Monday, every Monday. It sometimes felt that the hotel was not in touch with the city

Located in a lovely area of Beirut with small boutique type shops and restaurants. The service at the hotel was fantastic. They arranged a tour guide for us in Beirut at very short notice called Paula who was great. Then we hired a driver called Adnan who took us out for two day trips. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurant and bar is very relaxing again great service.

Great central location surrounded by quirky shops and great restaurants, a short walk from downtown.
Very friendly staff. Great decor.
There are two restaurants , we tried both and both are great.
Because we visited in Jan we couldn't experience the pool but had a look and with little imagination can tell it'd be great to chill there !

A charming hotel in a vibrant part of town dotted of cafes and restaurants. We were impressed by the picture posted on their Instagram account, which feature some impressive rooms. Accordingly we booked a deluxe suite, but what we got was a far cry from what we have seen: a room with a single window that could not be opened next to noisy construction works. It was only after two days that the manager offered us to move to another room with an opening window and not as intensely affected by the noise—but clearly not in the category we expected and paid for.
