I had an issue with my booking, but the hotel team (especially Elisabeth) dealt with it perfectly - they were all very friendly and helpful.
They ensured I had a great stay.
The restaurant & well being facilities were fantastic and the hotel is perfectly situated for hikes and the bus which connects to Vaduz.

Great stay. We arrived late in the day and they stayed late 20min to wait for us. Clean rooms. Literally the most amazing breakfast buffet (fresh passion fruit and mango)

We stayed as a family of four. Our rooms were large and very comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Fabulous views looking out at the mountains. We could hear the cow bells from our little balcony. Wonderful breakfast included. Hotel is right next to the chairlift. Lovely staff.

Beautiful view, nice room, good breakfast included, nice indoor pool & sauna. Kids loved the bunnies & guinea pigs to pet and feed & they had a cute side, swings & trampoline. We only stayed a day passing through, wish we’d had another day!

We stayed here on our way from Innsbruck to Switzerland in June 2024. it is in mountains just outside Liechtenstein. It must be a fantastic hotel for skiing as it is right next to ski lift……also told good for hiking. Rooms are brilliant, very high quality, with bathroom robes and a fabulous bathroom and balcony overlooking mountains. Good breakfast. There is a small swimming pool and spa in the basement - this would have been nice except spoiled by drunken Aussies loudly fooling around and drinking cans of beer in swimming pool!

Best things about this hotel were: 1. The pool & spa area (steam room, sauna); 2. The outdoor hot tub; 3. The included breakfast; 4. The big rabbits in the playground/trampoline area outside. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful landscape, with loads of hiking trails. The hotel is right next to the Sareis chairlift, although we visited out of season (May) so it wasn't working. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely restaurant/bar with shockingly expensive prices as is the Liechtensteiner (and Swiss) way. We loved it.
