Pictures reflected on the site are opposite of how the room looked. Our room was dingy, had stains on the carpet and room smelled misty and of cigarettes. Was unable to get the thermostat to work. There was also lack of communication when it came to the check in process. I had reached out at 15:00 since I had not received my access code and it took them 2 hours to get back to me. Once I did pay the city tax, I still did not receive the access code and had to call several times upon arrival to receive it.

We would have given it an excellent, but the shower was small. The bathroom was tight for two people. The rest of the room was roomy. The staff was very supportive. The location can’t be beat!! The restaurant was very good.

Central location right across from the cathedral and restaurants. Checkin was easy- had issues getting our room code and parking code but it was easily resolved. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Only feedback are the flaw in shower drainage

Excellent location across from the Cathedral and close to the City tour bus starting point. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the sloping ceiling in my room - I still have the bruises from my first night!
