Staff were very friendly, room was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard but nice. The whole hotel was decorated for Christmas and looked amazing! The location was great too.

Amazing stay! The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Love the friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and the location! Everyday felt like I was living in a castle. Thank you NARUTIS!! Hope to be back soon!

According to Hotels.com, this hotel provides valet parking. They don't and finding their parking lot amongst the maze of pedestrianised streets is very unpleasant. The bathroom is very out-dated and not very clean (black mold around the bathtub). I wouldn't stay here again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Lovely character hotel, right in the centre of the Old town. Friendly and helpful staff, room spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was to die for, just so much choice. Spa and swimming pool was unique, very small but perfectly formed, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room all at the hottest temperature you have ever been in! Wonderful hotel!

It’s a beautiful property with comfortable beds and friendly and accommodating staff in the heart of Old Town Vilnius. If you take Google maps, it will take you to the parking lot which is closed off by a mechanical arm. You will need to call into the front desk or send someone in your group ahead to the front desk to ask them to raise the arm to get entry to the lot. Also we were pleased to find out that this is a Hilton affiliated property so that we were able to add to our Hilton Honors points.

The building was very interesting and the decor very good. The matters is our room was very poor quality. It was wobbly like jelly. The smallest movement by one of us would move the whole mattress and wake up the other person.
