The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could clearly hear people above and in the hall, the room is dimly lit, the room is dated, the sheet was rough, and the towels were paper thin. The room, however, was clean and it was convenient to the area.

I have traveled quite a bit in Europe. This stay was a huge disappoinment from the moment I entered the building. It is not accessible. I would not recommend for travelers with mobility issues due to stairs at entrance. The spa/pool area stank like dirty gym socks. But the worst of all were the staff at reception. Very unfriendly and not welcoming. On my first day took a walk and returned to a new receptionist at the front desk. Not knowing that I was a guest, I asked to make a dinner reservation and was told that the kitchen was closed. I left for another restaurant. When I returned, people were eating in the restaurant and the receptionist was "surprised" when I went to the elevator to go to my room. I decided then and there not to spend another Euro at the hotel over a three day stay for business.

Travelled on motorbike and when checking in we were offered their garage to park the bike under cover. Nice location close to restaurants etc. Good stopover on our way through Luxembourg

The suites were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Bar was not very responsive, luckily there are options in town if you would like an adult beverage. The bathroom in my room had slanted roof in shower, slant started at 5'8", I'm 6'4" :( There were about 12 parking places on back side of property, otherwise pay parking lot is across the street. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

Beautiful location, can see the castle from the hotel. It's like a fairy tale. Hotel staff very friendly. The bed was for the most part comfotable, except for the fact that it was two twin mattresses put together and they kept coming apart creating a huge space between them.

We went there for F1 Grand Prix in Belgium, Hotel is only 30minutes drive from Spa. Town is lovely and restaurants are really nice. We enjoyed our break and will definitely go back there.

Reasonably priced hotel just off the square in Clervaux. Very clean, comfortable room My room was near castle wall, so the sound from the bar activities below my room echoed into my room until about midnight on Friday. Very good breakfast.
