Excellent hotel, starting from the shuttle bus pick up at the port until the hotel room facilities are excellent. The location is also strategically close to the center of the crowd. Rio hotel would be an option if to Macau.

The rooms are large, clean, luxurious and fully equipped. Strategically located hotel, close to restaurants, parks and shops. Free shuttle bus facility from ferry terminal to hotel, mobile phone facility is very helpful in communication. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. Nothing is bad and our family is very satisfied staying at this hotel.

We only stayed one night in Macau. Though hotel is considered to be one of the older ones, it is still a very nice hotel. We had a nice big room with a luxurious bathroom. Almost wished we could stay longer.

They ask for a room deposit equivalent of USD100 in addition to your already prepaid room fee. They don't nullify the deposit upon check out like what all the the hotels do. Instead, they will run the credit card and refund the money on your credit card 1 month later. They do that to all the guests. What do they do with that money? Invest that for 1 month and make return on investment using hotel guests funds? That is immoral.

Plenty of Taxi waiting in front the Hotel. Rio Hotel provided free Mobile Phone for Calling, Hot spot, really excellent. One of the staff was not helpful enough when I asked him for help for my lunch booking at Macau Tower, he just told me he only in charge on Concierge. And hotel have limited seats for guest while check in.

The check in was terrible, had to wait till 3:30 and longer even after requesting to be able to check in early, Arrive at 2 pm and was asked to come at 3 and then at 3 still not ready, another 30 mins and finally got our room. By the way check in time was 3pm. Overall a nice clean hotel but away from all the action! It’s safe and close to lots of food places.

Front desk staff is professional but they are the only ones who speak English while most others in the lobby area do not. Fitness center is small and lack of basic equipment such as yoga mat or the space for it.
Breakfast was lousy and it’s location is not close to other casinos which are on the other side of Macau.

I was surprised that the staff said my booking was not confirmed as my Expedia user name is not the same as my ID card.
