The check in process is very efficient and no need to wait. The reception team is very nice and helpful providing my wife, who injured her foot near Macau ferry termial, with useful medical information, ice and wheelchair. My special thanks to Michelle whose heart-felt help and assistances are most impressive. Hotel environment is pleasant and quiet at side of seashore, but with many restaurants and amenities nearby. It is a right choice for enjoying a relaxing holiday. I will come back next time.
