The staff who took care of me said I was not on the check in list while I showed him my reservation on Expedia. He was not helpful. After a while he discovered the confirmation notification under the front desk.

這個價格可以找到這個地段以及星級是不錯的，房間大小還可以，基本設施都有，只是房間和吹風機，地板比較舊，裝修風格比簡約好一點，反而公共區域的裝修比較新和豪華，但畢竟是酒店不是賓館，浴缸邊和花灑的清潔度有很大的進步空間，洗臉盆很小，很低，很容易搞到到處都是水. 但看評分清潔度有4.3！另外就是前台的服務員服務態度不夠親和以及協助解決問題能力低. 反而樓下bell boy（Franky）很好，主動提供行李箱寄存和很努力協助如何去我要去的地方，值得讚許. 如果房間設施新一點和好一點，下次一定會再去. 用行動支持每一個盡責的服務人員的飯碗.

The best thing about the hotel was the room size, quite spacious. The condition was agreeable, comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is not too far from ferry terminal to which they also provide a free shuttle service. For exploring Macau, it is a bit of a long walk but doable. Casino is on the ground floor but does not interfere with stay experience. Overall okay, slightly pricey value wise.

I received fruit from their staff as a thank you which it was pretty nice. Right outside the hotel has couple nice restaurants, I would definitely stay there again in my future visit.

Great experience here. Rooms were huge and very clean, hotel staff was friendly and pleasant. The location was so-so (depending on what you’re planning to do in Macau), but overall I’d say it’s a great value and I’d stay here again!

It was a pleasant 4 nights stay. Room was very clean and big. Nice comfy king size bed ! Location is convenient with just mins walk to Sands Macau where free shuttle buses go to different major Macau location: and about 25mins walk to Senado Square and Grand Lisboa. Slight disturbance due to ongoing renovation which will start punctually 9am daily. But it doesn’t cause much problem to us as we were already out for fun that time :)
