Four Seasons Hotel Macao

We have a pleasant stay with our kids, room is warm & cozy, friendly staff and efficient response. Our girls got fever suddenly, the staff come to testing girl’s temperature and offer assistance.

I don’t like the entrance has to pass through DFS which is quite annoying with the sales ladies around

Delicious food options and great staff and massage. Very friendly, helpful and took care to know my preferences for breakfasts.

Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!

Peaceful and comfort hotel in the Cotai strip! Room is beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff are excellent and always look into detail! Definitely my return listed hotel when visiting Macau!

The best hotel I have experienced. The hotel is beautiful with the grand lobby with double staircases. Very elegant and perfect for weddings especially. The staff are amazingly knowledgeable friendly and kind and caring. The amenities are also top notch with spa included with sauna wet and dry ones. Snacks of almond cookies apricots and hot jasmine or seasonal tea is offered for us to enjoy the experience. I can’t express how satisfied we were at this beautiful resort.

Excellent service and all staffs vert polite!! But I wonder if there’s a washlet toilet and more box tissues in the room would be better !! Indeed, really appreciate the help and coordination by Edmond Ho from reservation. Very helpful even I asked for help to check my lost item after left hotel!!!

My husband and I recently had an outstanding stay at the Four Seasons hotel in Macau. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The friendly and caring receptionist greeted us warmly and even presented us with a greeting card, which was a thoughtful personal touch. The butler also went above and beyond, bringing us a platter of fresh fruits and chocolates to welcome us to our room. Later during our stay, when I had a personal need arise, the receptionist quickly and discreetly provided me with the necessary items, demonstrating their commitment to anticipating and meeting their guests' every need. The overall experience at the Four Seasons Macau was simply the best. The combination of the luxurious accommodations, gourmet dining, and world-class service made this the ideal hotel for our holiday. However, the only downside was that the pillows and bed were a bit too soft for our liking. We would recommend the hotel replace their bedding with a firmer option. I would still highly recommend the Four Seasons Macau to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. The exceptional service and amenities more than make up for the slightly soft bedding.

We had a wonderful one night stay. There are many small touches that make up the great experience. Upon check-in, my two teenage kids got a soft toy each. yes, they still love soft toys! The reception lady escorted us to our room which was upgraded to a deluxe one. She showed us where the hair dryer and other important amenities were and took our other requests too. A Chinese tea set was sent to our room and after we came back from our shopping/dinner, we found a snack set and fruit basket on the table. My girl was over the moon! A soap bar was also given. It smells exactly like the shower gel in the bathroom. I found a firm pillow and a memory foam pillow in the wardrobe, giving me a better night sleep. Everything was perfect, even the checkout when the reception lady (Kelly) gave us a tote bag as a goodbye gift. Impeccable service!

My husband and I vowed to come back to Four Seasons again soon if only for the customer experience we have had. Amazing staff.

The staff here was really friendly and attentive. The shuttle driver was the only staff that was soso, he dropped us off at the wrong ferry terminal. The rooms at the Four Seasons were beautiful.
