There were no people at reception counter and we have to call the hotel before we can enter the hotel. The room was clean but after 3pm the cleaner is still cleaning the room. The pass code will be given to customer upon check in via phone but room latch is broken, hair dryer is broken and wifi doesn't work even after complaints.
