Booked 2 bedrooms apartment Condotel at Block 1 5th floor. Unit is Clean and well maintained. Wifi signal was indeed strong. Bath towel, toiletries and mineral water are included. Aircon is cold and working well. Nice breakfast buffet spread for the price which was included in the room package.

The unit was very clean and spacious, especially for the price paid. It included a living area, kitchen, balcony, and a storeroom. A broom and mop were provided in the storeroom, which made it convenient to clean up whenever needed. There were two queen beds—firm and comfortable. I was also impressed by the cleanliness; even after moving the beds to join them together, the space underneath was spotless. The breakfast venue was about a 2 km drive away. It was large, with two air-conditioned halls. The food was standard, though it would be great if they could include more vegetarian options like noodles or fried rice. Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay.

Overall the service there is great. The staff was kind enough to let us extend our stay by 1 hour as it's the weekday and not many people around. Only slight issue is I found a cigarette butt in the toilet but yea minor issue only. One flush and it's gone.

First time checking in here... Checked in at 12pm... So far ok... Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff... Waking up in the morning, the view from the balcony was very peaceful... The sahur food delivered to the room in the morning was very delicious... The best... After this, I can repeat it again 🥰🥰

Check-in time is too late; 4 PM. Location is very good for those who want to maximize their time at the water park and/or safari wonderland. There is a factory outlet shopping mall nearby. I wish the management would provide shuttle facilities to/from the cafe and facilities to/from the park. Need instructions or signage about the check-in location. The location given in the app's ads/voucher leads to the cafe/golf terrace.

Functioning water not functioning. Bathroom was not well clean. Coacroach found at wet kicthen under sink. There is a gap at front door lock area which people can see inside through that hole gap. Towel not sufficient, only two numbers provided instead of four.

The price of eating in A fomesa does not match the time when ordering online, when you get here, people ask for additional charges while in the online booking there is no notification and when you check in at the office there is no word from the office, be careful when booking at A fomesa

Bilik okay, booked a family studio room. Ada 2 katil queen in a room. Amenities are good, cuma a bit old, contohnya paip/ bathtub dalam bilik air. Pressure air di bilik air kuat. Cuma yang tak berapa seronok adalah singki di luar, area yard. Kalau bangun malam untuk basuh botol susu anak, rasa seram juga since outdoor sink dan direct ke luar.. Breakfast spread was good, dan untuk additional kid, RM25. Overall, selesa untuk my small family of 3 kids.

The neglected condo in A Famosa resort but still functioning and the cleanliness are up to standard. Just stay for 1 night for the Ramadhan buffet at a Famosa clubhouse. I gave credit for the amazing views from the balcony.

The furniture in the condo-tel is old and the bed is so uncomfortable when sleeping. Breakfast was not bad but the bread was hard and dry. Should be a 2-star hotel instead of 4. Breakfast place away from accommodation. Here the drive is a bit inconvenient.
