- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability. - Housekeeping is provided for the stay more than 2 nights. - Offering transportation services to / from Kuala Lumpur International Airport with standard price. - Avoid loud talking and noises inside or outside of the house. - Immoral or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Only for the purpose of residential accommodation. - No smoking, pets, and explosive materials are allowed inside the house. What a pleasant stay here! I have searched for many properties near to Mahkota Hospital but didn't regret that I chose this one. Sean is a very helpful host. I even asked for booster seat for my baby. All equipments work well, kitchen, toilet, room, everything just so spacious and I felt safe to let my baby explore every corner. We enjoyed the pool as well. Easy access to Mahkota Parade. And what a balcony! We can enjoy the city view peacefully. Definitely a must to book!

Its clean, easy check in. Cause me and family want to Mahkota hospital, the location strategic and near to Mahkota hospital. Just cross the street.

The place is spacious and comfortable. We booked two units for our group of students. There is a laundry and a refrigerator that we can use. We feel this place is like home and even better. The place is close to the city center, it ' s easy for us to find food. One more thing, Mr. Sean, the host, was very helpful from the time we booked, until we checked out.
