The hotel is very far from the city center and the food center at night when the lights go out, when complaints to the hotel even ignored. Very sorry to stay here because there are many cheaper hotels close to the city center. I stayed 3 nights but already checked out 2 nights because of the inconvenience that the hotel is very far from the city center and food places.

The location of the hotel is strategic but there are many shortcomings such as minimal towels. 4 person seater but towel 2 je. The trash can share 2 rooms. The remote aircond battery is also weak. Please be able to improve the quality of the service to make it more convenient.

The worst hotel i ever been in my whole life. We traveling for 4 persons and staying at Cendana Room (Room 4 persons), the room was horrible and they only provide 2 towels. We went to front office asking for another towel, they said no extra towel and each room provide only 2 towels. Toilet was old school and no space for shower.

I booked 2 rooms. But by the time we arrived, only 1 room was ready for use. The bathroom is too narrow, so shower about the toilet if you do not want to hang on the towel / clothing hanger). The toilet flush also does not work. When we arrived, our room was bersemut and raging. The number of ants is quite a lot, spreading on the floor. There are 2 types of ants. Worst, the manager only provides 2 towels in each room, including a room for 4 people I ordered. The addition of towels is charged 5 ringgit / sheet. Rules on the wall of the room. In addition, one owner / manager lodging, kepo to know the marital status of his guests. And obviously I came in a family entourage, complete with children.
