Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. My family especially loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious food. The overall vibe felt calm and exclusive, even though it’s just a short drive from the city.

Hotel room is very spacious and clean; it has all the necessities you need. We had an extra bed in our room and there is still a lot of space left. Very satisfied with our stay, a big plus for us is unlimited water bottles which meant we didn’t have to bring back water bottles to the room and that was awesome! Walking distance and it’s covered bridge to 1 Utama mall which is soo huge and literally has everything you need. Will be back again for sure.

The room is quite spacious, as seen in the pics in the internet, equipped with living room, dining room, kithen island with hob (though I didn't have time to use one), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dining cutleries, drinkable tap water, and washing+drying machine. Recommended fot those traveling with family.
