The woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful, helping me upgrade to a park view room and late check-out. Overall, the staff is very pleasant. The room is very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The lift area is so nice also. Surely will stay here again next time.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel location is very convenient. Hotel breakfast provided a wide range of choices like Western and Asian dishes. Room was clean, spacious, modern and tidy. Mid Valley shopping mall, The Gardens Mall, KL Eco City Mall and a lot of cafes, restaurants are just a stone away. It was just a walking distance to go shopping and hunting for food.

What I can say is everything was perfect. Kudos to the receptionist named Aizat for the great front desk service! The environment, ambiance, accessibility was perfect. You don't even have to go out if you got hungry during the stay. They got many restaurant options like Chef Wan, BurgerLab at the lobby. I would definitely gonna revisit soon

The Club Room is equipped with iron and iron board, free WiFi (super fast), free laundry for 4pcs of clothes, luxury toilet with motorized blinds and hot water. The king size bed was really cozy. I like it because it's very close to Decathlon. There's another new hotel nearby, but price is too high. Overall stay was ok. Room was nice, AC worked properly, clean bathroom, comfy pillows.
