The hotel staff was friendly, but the room I booked had no windows and was very small, so I had to change to another room with windows at an additional cost. If you need a smaller room, you can choose this accommodation.

Very rude the front desk female staff, I was bringing luggage to the car while checking out, she literally saw what time I start moving bags, it was before 12 by the time my wife came down was ard 12:08pm (included lift waiting time) then the staff said deposit will be forfeit due to the reason I late check out. So I went and argue with the female staff, in the end she only gave back rm30 to me.

Breakfast: sweet coffee, water, toast bread, butter, honey and boiled eggs. They first gave us a room WITHOUT a window, however we immediately asked them to change it and we had another room. No room service: no cleaning or changing towels during our 3 nights stay. However, personnel were very nice and helpful.
