The reception area is usually not manned but there are a few h/p no. which we could contact but we could easily find them in the hotel grounds. This is probably due to the low room capacity. We booked a room with 2 queen beds with attached bathroom in the villa for 2 nights. On the second day, the manager informed us that the villa rooms were all booked for a big group and asked us if we would like to move to a quieter room as the group is expected to party all night long. We were offered 2 smaller container size rooms with balcony away from the villa that can sleep 3 each but have bigger bathrooms. It was a great arrangement as we we had privacy from our teens for a night and need not pay for the extra room! Everything were new as we understood it had opened for a year only in 2017. The interior of the villa rooms and container rooms were modern. Internet were available in all rooms we stayed. The upper container rooms which we stayed were hot in the afternoon, so we kept the air-cond on at all times except when we are out. There were fruit ants near the doors when we moved to the containers but the housekeeper help to spray some liquid. No problem. Afterall, we were located at the hills. Overall, very satisfied with Casa.

The room is not tidy and there were watermarks at the ceiling which caused fungus. We suffered from asthma and flu. A lot of dust and the water heater was not functioning as well.

We stayed at the cabin. At night before bed, we tried to switch off the light from the balcony as the light brightens the room, but could not find the switch. The light from the outside lamp [is] too bright for me as [is] the door & window glass. We prefer sleeping in the dark though. It's not really a problem, maybe just a personal preference. They also provide indoor games: pingpong, pool, foosball, but with [a] fee & deposit. [The] deposit is OK, but I personally think the games with [a] fee are too expensive. Ping pong [is] for RM15 fee & RM15 deposit & 3 hours of playtime. We want to play for fun, [but] 3 hours is like training :( Not worth it. Others [are] OK I supposed. The vibe [is] good. We had fun in the pool.

Casa Hill Resort is a great place for your family vacation. Situated at a great nature scenery...we can even hear white breasted waterhen bird (burung wak-wak) sound from our room. The only regret is the room that we took is a bit too small to accommodate all us. Should the room is more spacious then it will be a perfect stay.

The place is very nice and quite also . My parents enjoy it well , just the bed is too hard for me and the room for 4 person is a bit small. Overall is good , we will be back next time.

We had a pleasant stay at Casa Hill. Nice and simple resort but we loved it. There is no shops near to the hotel, thus you need to bring enough foods. Or you can also go to the sg lembing town, approx 1-2km from the hotel. Plenty of food stalls and restaurants.

No housekeeping. No replacement of towels or toiletries or cleaning the room for staying 2 nights. Spotted some stain on the bedsheet. It seems the resort is understaffed. The cafe is closed. Only open if you book group BBQ in advance. Must says, this is the only nicest accommodation in sg lembing for now as compared to others. The resort owner just have to improve on the housekeeping and ensure the cafe is open on weekends.

Room was clean but right after my friend spilled a drink, a colony of ants attacking us. Went to the reception for an extra pillow (one pillow only for each bed), noted by the staff but unlucky us, no extra pillow was sent. But having said that, it was a good stay and a nice place to stay. Great place to spend your weekend from a busy city. Wish to extend our night there but it was fully booked. No worries Casa Hill, I will be back! :)

The environment of the resort is clean and cozy. However, the supply of the basic amenities is out of my expectation. I’m booking a 6-person room. Basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo is not supplied sufficiently. Only 1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo. Totally not enough for the usage of 6 pax in the room. There are not cupboard provided. All our clothes and stuff has to be placed on the floor. I would suggest at least to provide a small and simple cupboard for the guess to put their cloth. In addition, a small fridge does help to store some of our food product purchased from the town as this town where I was staying are rich in the local food. According to the booking information, WiFi is available but we are not able to log in as the password was not provided for.

I was disappointed with their service. I stay in with a group of 11 members, but I booked two rooms with maximum fit 9 people, so i request for extra bed and the owner offer me an free upgrade to a 14 people rooms. so I just okay and take the offer without further questioning. During the day when we check-in, they suddenly arrange us back to the two rooms which only able to fit 9 people without prior notice. No Message, no calls. We question the staff and they want us to pay extra to get one more room. As a matter of course you have to inform the guest if you have any changes on the room arranging! Not just silence and play fool. WilI come back again? No Thanks.
