Very nice property in convenient location for local dining, shopping, etc. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

Property is fantastic, new and clean rooms. Breakfast was very disappointing as it’s not really a hotel breakfast and you’re limited to the quantity as well. If you are looking to walk and explore the George Town area you will be disappointed as it’s a bit far and would need to take a taxi. Overall decent place if your visiting but not very convenient location to the action

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the service was great. It really exceeded our expectations!
Though it is not located in the old town, you can easily get around with Grab!
We will definitely stay here when we’re in Penang next!

Overall, the room is good with location and cleanliness. The breakfast is the worst where only choice of 1 drink and 2 bread (I had booked inclusive breakfast). Very disappointing.

staying in a hotel with facilities almost the same as an apartment because there is a pantry.
I like the bed the most.
Everything looks like new.
There are 6 pillows, wow. 4 large pillows, 2 small pillows.
The blanket is soft and clean.
The room smells good.
The bathroom is also clean.
The kitchen equipment is very complete.
Plus, there is an iron too.

There is no restaurant in this hotel. But there is bread and tea provided.
