Room is spacious. We had comfortable stay. Calm surrounding. Breakfast was delicious. The hot water pool is suitable for relaxing dip. We had a good swim at the large pool and loving the greeneries. Good place to have a weekend getaway.

Felda Residence Hot Springs
The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making our stay very pleasant. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, a few minutes from the highway exit, peaceful surroundings allowing us to easily explore the hotel facilities.

Overall looks presentable and neat. Air cond need frequent check & service due to stain and dirts. Hygiene part still consider OK etc. Bathroom and windows but seemly need to extra work to ensure pleasant stay onwards!
