It was truly worth it, clean, and friendly. Conveniently located near all the main attractions. There's no need to drive to Melaka city center since it's already in the heart of town, right next to Dataran Pahlawan. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit Melaka.

The hotel is clean, the service is very good, close to Mahkota Medical Center, pharmacies, and restaurants. The room can be cleaned every day by leaving the key to the receptionist, so when you return from the hospital the room is already tidy again as usual. Free refill of drinking water (hot & cold) in the place provided.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. A comfortable location close to Mahkota Medical Center, just a 5-minute walk away, and the road is flat, making it easy to find food. The facilities are comprehensive: an elevator and wheelchair access. They even helped me book a taxi from Malacca to KL Sentral on my way home. Bathroom amenities include only bar soap, no shampoo, toothpaste, or toothbrush.

The walking distance to Mahkota is a bit further than other hotels, but the advantage is that there is an elevator, closer to the restaurant behind the hotel, the room is very clean, there is hot water, the AC is very cold, there is a wheelchair provided that guests can borrow to pick up patients from Mahkota. The auntie and uncle who guard the reception are very friendly, at 12.00 they left the key to clean the room, got a room facing the main road, very nice. According to the new regulations, there is a tax that must be paid per room per night totaling 13 RM, all hotels are the same. Thank you for the service 🙏🏻
