Sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ni. Bersih, toilet dan bilik air pun oke. 🚿 Aircond 👍🏻🥶 Siapa yang nak try boleh la, dekat dengan kedai makan dan Mydin. Staff pun sangat membantu 👍🏻

It's a great and awesome experience stay here. Just a bit frustrated because before the check in time, we did call to the hotel and answer by the staff. Unfortunately, the customer service couldn't fine our booking, without checking further he said sorry our booking were the old one and no booking under my name on that day. Therefore, we said we have the payment receipt that we provide by agent during the online purchase. After we send the receipt only he said "oh yes... There is your booking"... Maybe this thing will not happen if during the phone conversation, he could put us on hold and check or investigate before directly said sorry. The staff scared us! However, others are fine and nice to be stay here. Thanks.

We have been charged for early check in because Cute Hotel said that their check in time is at 1500 where it stated in app saying that check in time is at 1400 hrs. since it is considered as misunderstood, I think it is very generous if they can waive the charge. Room is ok, but if they can provide with more pillow would be better and comforter.

Clean room and friendly staff. You need to prepare own parking coupon. You can request hair dryer with the receptionist. The blanket is thin, hope the hotel will change to thicker blanket.

The location of this hotel is really solid. The room was also clean, also good, the service was the best for 6 days in Malay. Especially the usual manager / owner at the front desk. Very friendly and can provide information with details of the road places in Ipoh and food, the point is really top.

Check in is very slow 3pm. Deposit rm100. Regular hotel budget other deposit rm20 to rm50 only. Soap on the toilet wall is hard to use because it is very vivid. The window has no curtains. Thin blankets are very. Parking couples paid parking.
