We can't use wifi & TV, & they said they will clean room if guests stay in 4 night but nothing.

In terms of everything, the place is okay, the view is good, the cleanliness is good, the bathroom is good because it is separated from the toilet, but the service is not good in welcoming guests curtly and arrogantly.

Does not match the photo and lots of cockroach animals on the floor or bed. Not responsible owner. When called, I don't want to pick up the phone. Stupid crazy service.
