Hotel will collect MYR50.00 per room as security deposit upon check-in. Strictly no credit card allowed for security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded to guest is there was no damage, loss, or intentional accident occurred on room or hotel's property. Due to design & exterior (high staircase), much regret that this hotel is not suitable for guests who physically challenged, guest on wheelchair, & guest with disabilities. This hotel is not suitable for medical tourist, because of special restriction & policies. Hotel management reserves right to relocate travelers who check-in as medical tourist. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in. Special request (early check-in, late check-out, extra bed) is not guaranteed & may cost extra fee. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity. Additional fee for parking, deposit, telephone, room service is handled directly between guest and hotel.

It is a proper 3 star hotel building. Right in the middle of the night market stretch. I booked with mobile apps and got extra discount. The price became very cheap, below RM100 so I won't complain much as long I could sleep and shower in a proper place. I'm not sure whether there's an elevator or not, but we used the staircase to go to the room.The standard room is small, bathroom semi see thru; but it's ok because we're husband & wife. The hotel provide iron & iron boards at the end of the hall outside the room. Kettle, instant coffee & tea bags, mineral water are provided. There's no breakfast, but it's ok for us.

Room was okay w the price. Location very stratergic. Smallest toilet in the world i think. Cant get wifi connection in the room. Reception staff very good. Only got Tv1, Tv2, Tv3, Tv9 and Ntv7 channel.
