The room is clean but a little cramped, the air conditioner is cold, the TV has Astro channels, it is close to all the facilities, the elevator doesn't have to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

The hotel is quite comfortable as well, clean, there are many facilities here, located in the city area, shops are nearby, Payang market is close to this hotel, it's only a walk away, the receptionist is also ok, but this hotel does not have an elevator

Love the hotel location, very near to Pasar Payung, bus station, near to nasi dagang atas tol 4, walking distance. Will come back again for room 1001, staff is helpful, allowing us to put bag as I'm doing the Redang tour

The room was very clean, the issues that I had during my stay was the bed, Hotel had a brand new bed which make some noisy when you move in to bed, and bed sheet become messy, they should take it off the plastic from the bed. overall was good including the staff.

The hotel location is very strategic, close to Chinatown and Payang market. For those who want to go to Redang Island, they also need to walk less than 15 minutes to the jetty. Room size is rather small, and there is no elevator in the hotel.
