Hi, 1st time to be here. It is good to provide a set of broom for each room. We can clean ourself for hair or dry food which is fall at the floor. But overall, everything is fine.

The room was OK but the TV signal quite poor. Even after auto tuning still the same. As for that day, the WIFI in my room was not functioning. Informed the front desk about the problem and they will look into it.

Moderate rate. We do recommend that your management can prepare at least a wardrobe to hang a towel or customer cloths. If there is any changes especially on the breakfast provided which is currently not provided due to COVID please inform your customer early. Please update your online booking system with the latest information to avoid any misleading like our trip yesterday. Overall okay

Stay at this Hotel for 4 Days 3 Nights, very satisfied, tidy, clean, the staff is friendly and kind. There are many eateries, 99 Speedmart is under the hotel, Shell is there, Maybank ATM is also there. Whoever comes to Shah Alam for an event or work to what, it is recommended to sleep here, room prices are much cheaper than other hotels that are said to be great. Even though other hotel rooms are the same size as the D'Metro Hotel room. 5 STARS!
