No phone in room. No towel & floor mat. When I ask, one of the HK staff said, "Memang tidak ada floor mat jat sini." What kind of service is it? Room is very dirty. TV no channel at all. When I extend, my room is not cleaned by house keeping until 7:30 PM. I'm sure I will not suggest to my family member to come this hotel.

Nice place. Suitable for family gathering. But TV quite problem. Remote control can't be used to change the other channel. Staffs need to check the TV regularly. But overall is okay.

The receptionist is rude and has no customer service attics. We were standing in front of him for 5 minutes and being ignored until I said that we have a room reservation. He was asking for my ID without looking to my face and throwing the room keys and my ID on the table once we completed the registration form. When we asked the direction to our room, he just said that the room number is on the door. We can easily find it. I was holding my anger as it is Hari Raya. Maybe his was pissed off as he needs to work on Hari Raya. Definitely the worse experience I ever had!

the place is totally isolated, a hostel, not a hotel with room smelly old, the coffee bar open but no one there to take order and breakfast limited when finished that's it you eat what is left...

not provide enough plate, suppose saucer 4 cup, but 2 saucer 4 cup. minibar so old. no shower gel provide. no mosquito but too many flies around disturb us, I felt not comfortable, air-con very old and broken, not cold. and one more important thing to highlight, there is one man guarding and managing the swimming pool; he was so rude, he scolded my kids not to swim in the pool, no courtesy at all.

at night got mosquitoes in the room. landscape not well maintain. no remote aircond, only at night feel cold. breakfast basic meal only.
